COI review
A COI is a proof-of-coverage certificate. It can be enough to move onboarding forward, but it is not the policy itself and it does not replace endorsements that may still be required.
What Lentara checks
- Named insured and certificate holder match.
- Effective / expiration dates.
- Basic coverage and readiness gaps that are visible from the certificate.
Common blockers
- Expired certificate.
- Wrong holder name or address.
- Assuming the COI alone proves endorsement language that is not actually visible.
Best next move
Use the COI review lane when a property, client, or contract asks for proof of coverage and you want a readiness summary before sending it back.
