Refunds depend on the work stage.
Because Lentara and FormHaven services involve preparation, review, packet analysis, and coordination time, refunds are handled according to the work stage reached.
Before meaningful work starts
If checkout was completed but no meaningful prep or review work has started, contact support promptly to request cancellation review.
After prep starts
Once review or packet preparation has materially begun, full refunds may not be available because time and analysis have already been spent.
Recurring coverage
Year-Round Coverage can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Trial access converts according to the subscription terms unless canceled first.
Questions about a specific charge should include your Packet ID and Deal ID.
